Surge not getting notifications from iPhone XR

Hi

 

My Surge is synced with my iPhone XR but I am not getting calls or text notifications. I made sure in settings that it is turned on. I removed the device, reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, and did all the other suggestions but still no notifications. Anyone have the same issues?

Is it on the Supported phone list? If not some things will not work correctly
