Surge not syncing after Update

Is anyone else having problems with their update? 

My fit bit was low yesterday so I came home charged it up and then tried to update it and now it won't connect to my phone. It keeps telling me my battery is low even though it has been on charge for over 10 hours and on the actual screen of the fit bit surge I can see it has a full battery. 

 

Ive turned both my phone and the Fitbit off and logged out of the app to see if that helps and it hasn't. 

 

Any ideas?

Hey there, @GemmaMC! Welcome to the Family! Thanks for the details, it sounds like your Fitbit Surge got stuck, I would suggest restarting it again a couple of times; and then try the steps in this master post, in case that you're still having this issues. Remember always check the syncing requirements suggested by Fitbit! Robot Very Happy
