Surge not syncing and can't input calories consumed

My surege has not synced in 21 hours. I activate a sync from the app and after searching for a few moments the red excalamation mark pops up and I receive a message that the tracker cannot be found. I unnstalled and re-installed the app and I rebooted the Surege to no avail.

My app also stopped alowing me to count calories. I tap on the calorie input and it takes me to the calorie counter. This issue has persisted for three days.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @dhatton! If your Surge is having problems to sync, I recommend checking out these syncing troubleshoots. Make sure that there isn't another bluetooth device that may be creating interference during the process. Setting  up your tracker as a new device following @AlejandraFitbit's instructions may also help you to bring it back to sync as usual. Also, make sure that your mobile device is running the latest version of the Fitbit app for Android as per @MarreFitbit's post.

Now with the problem where the app stopped allowing you to count calories, I'd like to let you know that a change was applied in the latest app release. Please take a look to @ErickFitbit's post in this thread where you can find how to do it with the newest version of the Fitbit app.

Hope this helps. Let me know the outcome.
