Surge not tracking exercise or steps accurately

My Surge isn't recording exercise properly.  It didn't record my weightlifting session at all.  Also the stop watch feature doesn't record accurately.  How long is the warranty for the Surge?  I had to have mine replaced once but that was over a year ago.  Any ideas?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
