Surge puls sensor always on

I have a comlpaint about my more than a year old surge. Since a few days it is now not possible to turn off the Puls sensor. I did a reset, no change. Even while loading there is a permanent green light show. What can I do?

Aside restarting there's nothing much that can be done.

 

If not already done, feel free trying to turn off the heart rate setting on the Surge itself, afterwards restart the tracker once more.
