Surge screen won't swipe

Hello my surge will not swipe and has a blue light on all the time.

Hello @garyleonard6773 and welcome to the Community forum.  Try to restart your Surge.  Surge manual  page 29.  If this doesn't work, your Surge just might be at the end of its life.  Fitbit put it on its Legacy Device list in 2020.

discount for new version.

I have had my surge and the same amount of years. All of a sudden in the last week, mine will not swipe also. Haven’t done anything differently, and everything still works. 

May I please ask which new version did you purchase? And how to receive a discount?

Hello I had to contact fit bit help line to get a 35% discount. They told
me my watch was no longer in date or working. I have purchased a fitbit 2.
