My Surge has decided that it will only show a screen for less than a second. Also the clock or watch screen is now reduced to a few horizontal lines. I have gone through the help pages and tried all the tips. Nothing has worked.
I know that it is working as it downloads, and seems to be right.
I just cant tell the time or what I have done until I get home and download. I would really like some help with this as your help centre never even replied!

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
