Surge strap fastener

Hi everyone

ive managed to lose the little plastic loop for my Surge strap - the additional little bit to keep the strap on place

other than ebay, does Fitbit sell this as a replacement? 

Ive tried contacting the support email but for some reason the message failed to send

would apprciate any thoughts please!

Fitbit does not sell them

 

But you could probably find an O ring that would work at a local hardware store
