The Surge wasn't designed to have a replaceable band so you can't get replacements from fitbit. However, if you are still within warranty you might be eligible for a replacement Surge. The warranty runs for 12 months, or 24 months if you are in Europe. If you are in cover then you can contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
If you are no longer in warranty then you may want to check out the likes of eBay or Amazon as replacement straps are available there. However, they do require some DIY skills (YouTube guides are available).

Thanks for posting your inquiry here. I'd recommend wait until you get the information from our team, as I've requested them to create a case on your behalf. You should soon receive an email from customer support at the email you used to register with the Community forums.
I'll around in case that you need anything else! ![]()
