Has anyone else experienced the surge not working and looking like there is moisture underneath the screen. I have never got it wet only from sweat around my wrist.

Welcome to the forums!

I would put it in Rice for a day or so to clear out any moisture

Then do  a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Restart

@LesJ72. If there is condensation under the screen the uncooked rice will most likely remove it. However. The condensation will always return as it is an indication of a bad seal. In this respect the Surge is not repairable. If the Surge band is in bad shape (bubbling around the watch face) it may be the culprit. The band can be replaced with an aftermarket one (from Amazon). If your Surge is still under warranty then please call Customer Service. They may replace it. Good luck.
