Surge tracking sleep

My Surge has not been tracking my sleep properly lately. It used to just fine. Friday night I did a sync at about 10:30 pm to see if that helped. This morning it showed I slept from 5:30 am to 8:00 am. I got up at about 5:30 am to go to the washroom and went straight back to bed. I know I slept from about 11:30 pm to 5:30. It has just lately started not recording my sleep and that is one of the reasobns I bought the surge is because I am a restless sleeper. I have not changed the location of were I wear my watch. I have also turned off anything that had bluetooth or wi-fi working on it such as my Kobo. So that is not the problem
