My Fitbit Surges screen is very laggy when I try to swipe side to side. Is this normal because I've had this for about 7 months?

Great to see you around @MrMcYargle. If you are having problems with your Surge's display, I recommend following @MeylinP's instructions in the How do I restart my Fitbit Surge? post.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

Hey there @MrMcYargle! Welcome to the Forums. If you already tried @AlejandraFitbit's suggestion and you still have have doubts about how should be the display of your Surge, take a look of the video of the official website or any of the related videos of Fitbit Surge. How laggy is it? Does it get stuck in any screen? I would suggest to contact Customer Support, if you think that there is something wrong with the screen!

Keep me posted on the resolution! Woman Happy

Hi @MrMcYargle! Thanks for replying. I though that your issues was resolved, but I'm reading your last post and I would like to confirm with you the restart process. Please try to restart it at least 3 times in a row, then force sync your Fitbit Surge; to see if this helps.

I'll be waiting for your response! Woman Wink
