Surge won’t swipe

My surge will not swipe and I can only toggle from the home screen with the time and only screen that it switches to is the exercise screen that says run.   I have restarted my surge numerous times with no luck.  Any help would be appreciated!

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
