Surge won't sync in a challenge

My surge syncs fine with the normal day to day steps but when I join a challenge it adds steps up to a point then stops syncing and only adds a few steps

Hi, @Nickphilip, that sounds odd!  Were any of your steps manually logged?  Manually logged steps will not count towards challenges.  Otherwise, I have noticed that sometimes steps take longer to sync to challenges than to your own dashboard, so hopefully they will sync through after a little delay.

I have tried everything several times and still no luck,I have shut it down and restarted it,deleted the app and reinstalled it all to no avail,
