Surge won't update

After the latest app update with the new dashboard my Surge won't sync with my phone.

I would suggest trying these troubleshooting steps to improve the connectivity of your Surge with your phone. Have you been syncing with any other device beside your phone lately? I'd also check the list of requirements to proper connect with Fitbit. The new Dashboard should be avoiding your phone to sync with your Surge, at least not as far as I know; but let's keep it mind. First, let's work together in solving the issue with those steps! 

 

In case that this doesn't work, what model of phone do you have?
