Syncing issues

As i am having problems syncing my Surge to my samsung galaxy s5, i have un paired my satnav but still having issues. Do i have to actually un install the satnav app or should un pairing it be enough?

Quite often when you unpair a surge from your phone they can be difficult to impossible to pair back again (that goes for pretty much all Fitbit trackers). Go into your phones Bluetooth settings and make sure the surge is removed from there as well. Then uninstall and reinstall the app to make sure you have the latest version, and restart your phone. Then try to add the surge as a new device. If it won't let you, try adding it to your account through your pc with the wireless dongle that came with your surge. If it is successfully added to your account, remove the dongle from your pc and close the windows Fitbit pc app.

 

Then log back into the app on your phone and your surge should automatically sync, and continue to sync for you 😉
