Syncing surge to android phone

For a while my surge was automatically syncing with my Android phone, but recently it hasn't been logging any of my steps. Is there a way to manually sync from my android?

In the Fitbit App, tap the tile which displays your tracker. A devices page can appear.. if it does, tap the tile which displays your tracker once more. Tap on 'sync now' to sync.

 

* Android 6.. also requires locations (gps) to be turned on to be able to sync.

If not already done, feel free restarting the tracker & the phone. Make sure the latest Fitbit App version is installed.
