Syncing will not update

My Surge after 1 month will not sync or update.Its been working great but for the last 3 days i cant get it to sync or update with any information.Pleaae help!

First thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart using this procedure:

Give it a few tries as it doesn't always work.

My surge will not sync or update. I have already reset it but it still will not work.please help.

Congrats for your new Surge! I'd like to know which device you're using to sync. You can check the requirements to sync with Fitbit products to double check compatibility first. If you're using a compatible device, for example a cellphone you can try some steps to reconnect your Surge with your Fitbit App. Smiley Wink
