I'm afraid that's just how warranties work. You get support for a limited time, not support for life, and the time is made clear in the terms and conditions at www.fitbit.com/returns

 

I understand that you are angry and it's a shame that you will no longer be using fitbit. I wish you luck in finding an alternative that works better for you.

It is not the warranty that is my issue. It is the issue with the malfunctioning watch. The same issue that they can't resolve.
