How do I use my Fitbit on the treadmill?  My Fitbit does not seem to count the steps.

Hi, @Barneygerry, many people find that if they hold on to the sides when on the treadmill their Fitbit will not count the steps.  There are many good reasons for not holding on to the sides (just do a google search), but if you feel you need to, you will probably need to create a manual log for the steps.

I use my Fitbit on the treadmill with no problems, but I do not hold on and instead allow my arms to swing normally, as I would if I were running outdoors.
