Trouble setting up

I've had my fitbit surge on charge all day but when I try to set it up. It says battery is a bit too low to continue.

Any advice on how to fix the issue?

Welcome to the Community @Shaanal. I would like to know if you keep having problems setting up your tracker? If you do, I recommend restarting your Surge by following @MeylinP's instructions. After the restart process, follow the setup procedure from your Android Fitbit app.
