What else can I try to sync surge

For the last few days my surge hasn't been syncing, a couple of times I have re-installed fitbit app on my phone and then it has synced fine but have tried everything I can think of now with no luck.

 

I have turned surge off and back on again more than once.

Turned phone on and off more than once.

Uninstalled and reinstalled app

Told phone to forget surge and then tried to reconnect - it says the the surge is visible but gives message "pairing rejected by surge"

It's nice to have you here in the Forums @NellieNutjob, welcome! Your Fitbit Surge should connect via Bluetooth with your Surge but from the Fitbit App. If you try to pair it from the Bluetooth section it will give you this message again. Please try the steps in this master post and try to follow step by step. In case that you're using a computer you can see steps here. Smiley Wink

 

If that doesn't work, it would be best to contact Customer Support directly to further investigate your case.

The steps work but only for a few hours and then have to go through it all again - complete pain

Have joined you in your plight today. Have tried all past successful steps to no avail🙄

Surge and mobile app will just not synchronize this morning.  Also have encountered problem turning Surge off and on. Has taken several attempts to turn off.  Frustration about to turn to anger😪

Hey guys @NellieNutjob and @ErnestEaton! Thanks for the feedback. Sorry I didn't asked before but which model device are you guys using to sync? Also check if it is using the latest update or if it needs an update. Fitbit App should be up to date too. This is our list of compatible devices. Smiley Embarassed
