I feel you @jeffmets, I had this trouble last night.
However, this sounds very strange to me since the Japanese, Korean, and Chinese languages are not yet available on Surge. Are you seeing a different language on your App or tracker?
Changing the language on your mobile device will change the language in the Fitbit app.
Log into your fitbit.com dashboard. In the lower right corner of the footer you can choose your country. Your fitbit.com dashboard will automatically update to the primary language for the country selected.
