I'm in need for everyones help, my surge has stopped syncing and isn't keeping its charge anymore. I am charging it everyday in hope that it will correct itself. what should i do?? I've only had it just over a year.

In regards of the syncing issues, it might be related to the battery issues, anyway let's try these instructions to make your Surge connect properly.
