I restarted the surge after it stuck halfway when I update it just as the I read in the help. After that, I found there is no display of items or any text. It is hard to connect with my phone, but still I can connect it to my laptop. As far as I know, a user named madhuv2222 has successfully get his surge replaced. But I cannot see any option to replace it in the dashboad. I download the software called fitbit app, and there is no option to replace it. I donnot know how to replace it for I cannot find any cross in the app for me to repace it. Could anyone know how can I replace my surge? Please let me know as soon as possible.
