Apple Health to Fitbit

Apple app syncs my steps to Fitbit but doesn’t update my percentage towards my daily Fitbit challenge goal.  The standard response I’ve gotten is 3rd party apps and manually adding activity on the Fitbit app won’t update your percentage.  Has anyone found a workaround?  I love my Apple Watch and my Fitbit challenge group but wearing both devices is nerdy and a fashion no no!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Bellmar. Thank you for letting us know that your Apple app steps don't count for your challenges.

As our support told you, if you're registering your steps with a device that is not a is not a Fitbit tracker (like your Apple Watch) or manually logged steps they won't count for your challenges. Thanks for your feedback regarding this.

Thanks.  I’m hopeful that Fitbit will eventually solve this problem.  I’m very attached to my Fitbit challenge group so I continue to participate even though my goal shows as 0% even when I exceed it.  Oh well, it’s still a personal victory!

Thanks for getting back to us and for your feedback @Bellmar, I hope this happens too and soon.

That's the attitude. We have to look for our personal victories even when they don't show where we want them to show.

Have a nice day!
