Since yesterday, my calories burned have not been syncing with MFP. The number of steps are correct but it is not showing the calorie adjustment, so MFP is showing in the red! I have reset my Fitbit, and also revoked access to MFP and reinstalled, logged out and in etc. but it is still not syncing.
Please help!
Best AnswerMy charge 2 will not sync with Myfitnesspal app. When I try to connect it, I am told there is a server issue. Does anyone know when this will get fixed. I have deleted and reloaded several times. Both apps are recognizing each other, but my steps and calories burned are not being recorded on the MFP app. I am getting frustrated.
Best AnswerAs of today, MFP stopped syncing "the calories burned" as well. I've tried over an hour with the advice/tips. It really shouldn't be this hard. If it helps [the programmers], I have an Android device, Samsung Note 5.
Maybe this is a blessing in disguise since if I go under the net 1,200 calories, MFP won't let me complete my daily logs. Oh well...
