Charge 2 not compatible with weight watcher app

Can someone tell me if they were able to sync their CHarge 2 fitbit activity with their weight watchers app?  It keeps telling me it currently does not support that device. Help

Thank you! Now I don't feel that I'm crazy. Still trying but no success 😢 So entering my activity manually on WW app

Try uninstalling both apps, clearing browsing history in all of your browsers on your mobile device, shut the phone down- count to 15 then turn on phone, reinstall both apps and see if that fixes any glitches.  Also check to see if your mobile device has any updates.

You might have noticed that I moved your non Charge2 related post to the Third-party app Forum. You see your Charge2 can only sync to your Fitbit account.

Thanks so much all it had to do with was I was using Internet Explorer switched to Fire Fox an it worked very easy
