Charge HR and MyFitnessPal

I've looked all over Google but have yet to find anything that actually helps me. A friend of mine gave me her Charge HR, and it works even to the extent of tracking my sleep. Well, I use MyFitnessPal for exercise and food tracking. MFP keeps telling me "0" for steps, and I know that's not true.

Is there a "certified" Fitbit method of fixing the compatibility issue?

@monroe4376 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Have you linked both accounts? They need to be linked in order to transfer the information between them. You can go to the MFP website to start the linking process. During this process it will ask for your Fitbit's login information. Once they are linked the information should be shared as explained here.

Let me know how it goes!

Following one of your links led me to another link with the solution. At
least, I'm pretty sure it's the solution. The step count isn't correct,
guessing I need to unlink my Fitbit Alta in order for the Charge to show
up. Thank you for your help!!
