Charge HR with 3rd party App Staywell

I am trying to get my 3rd party app at work, Staywell Health Management, to sync my info from my charge HR.  Anyone else using staywell?  any suggestions?

I'm sorry about the delay about this. I noticed that your post was not answered so I wanted to check if your problem has been already solved.

If it's still not, have you already granted Staywell access from the Staywell website? This will be the first step to link your Fitbit account and for both to sync together.

I have the same problem.  Fitbit will not sync with Staywell app.  I have given permissions.

I'm having the same problem with my versa 2 not syncing with my stay well app. All permissions have been given.
