Fitbit provides a free and open API for 3rd party developers to use with their apps to integrate your Fitbit data with their apps. You would need to ask them as Fitbit has no control over how the API is used or whether they use it at all.

You could do in two steps.
You can register at http://www.mapmyride.com , it can connect to Fitbit and Sync up activities from there.
Then go to relive.cc and connect to mapmyride.com (it's also called "Under Armour").
This should do.

I don't believe this is quite correct. Mapmy apps are currently (May 2020) only able to sync steps and sleep from Fitbit. The other way round - Mapmy to Fitbit - functions well, but you cannot import any activities from Fitbit to Mapmy. Therefore it does not answer what I understand to be the OPs issue
