Hello,

is anyone else having issues with the Dicks MOVE app? Many times I don't receive the 3 daily points for hitting goals. Then I have to call Dicks to get the 3 points added onto my account.

Thanks for bringing this up.

 

From the sounds of it, it seems like the issue in on the Dick's app. The number of steps and details are syncing over to the app, correct? It's only the points that are not being awarded. In that case I'd recommend continuing to get in touch with them so that they can look into what is it that is going on.
