Hello @weibing, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

Are you getting this message on the online Dashboard or the Fitbit app? Have you restarted your phone lately?

Would it be possible for you to send me a list of the apps that are giving you this message and a screenshot of the error? That will be very helpful for me to investigate this further.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply. Additionally, if there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted.

Thank you for reply.

I got this message from the AIA Vitality Malaysia app. And so far only this app show me this message and I tried restart my phone, reinstall the app but it's still the same.

I thought it was my phone problem (I'm using ASUS_Zenfone3 Z017D, OS: Android 7.0) then I tried my brother's phone which is Huawei model and it's still showing the same error message.

I contacted the AIA Vitality customer service, the officer asked me to link the fitbit account through their AIA Vitality website but still cannot work and show me the same error message. I report the error message to them again and now still waiting for their reply.

I used Fitbit and it works fine with the AIA Vitality Malaysia app since February until the issue occurred last week. I'm not sure whether is app bug issue or my phone android OS issue or my AIA Vitality account issue because I found out that the error message start showing up after I updated the Fitbit tracker, updated my phone OS from 6.0 to 7.0 and the AIA Vitality Malaysia app.

Other than posting my issue here. I also reported the issue to AIA Malaysia via Facebook and email by providing them screenshot and my details.

Then, the problem just automatically solved when I try to sync again 2 days after I contacted them.
