Hello. I used to have the Flex, but recently got the One and gave the Flex to my husband. He opened a new FB acct with the Flex, and I changed my device from the Flex to the One. I had no problems with the Flex syncing with the Atkins app. But ever since I got the One, it won't sync with Atkins at all and I have to manually insert the steps and miles done in a day. I contacted Atkins support, and they say it's on FitBits end. I have logged a help ticket with FitBit support via email. But thought I'd ask if any of you have had this issue? And if so...what was done to help you resolve it??

Hello @tahari01! This is really interesting. As a first step, I recommend restarting your one tracker and manually sync your tracker with your computer or mobile device. If that doesn't work, try set it up as a new device again. Once the One syncs, all your information will be updated.
