I use Boditrax at Pure Gym and I am trying to connect it to my Fitbit. When I select the options to allow the sharing of my data it comes up with an error message. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi I was having the same issue so contacted Boditrax. They have responded by advising Boditrax no longer offers integration with Fitbit, so if you see it on our website please ignore it as it will shortly be removed.

Probably not what anyone was hoping but there its and hopefully it will save others time and effort trying to link their fitbits to Boditrax

@Kippygant A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for the details mentioned.

Please confirm you're following this procedure to connect Fitbit and Boditrax:

  1. Log in to your account on the app or website of a company that offers Fitbit integration
  2. Find the section for connecting another account. This section is often called "Apps" or "Connect."
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions and log in to your Fitbit account when prompted.

Also you could double check with Boditrax if they offer an integration with Fitbit.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions!

I have had the same issue with a server error, I have spoken to Fitbit that tell me it isn't supported which isn't great so I am now waiting on boditrax to come back to me with an update on this.

Thanks for sharing this as I’ve been searching for a few hours now trying to locate the link. Would be nice if the mod's could add the same information on the other threads about this subject as I only found this thread via google and not via Fitbit's own internal community search. It would save people time in understanding why they cannot find anything on it 🙂
