Hello. Our employer moved on to using another activity tracker (Castlight/Engage) this year. I have a Note 9 and using Samsung health app to track activity. I have allowed permissions on Samsung Health and also install an app called Health Sync (I was told by a co-worker I needed this app) and having it sync from Samsung Health over to Fitbit. Lastly, in Castlight, I have entered Fitbit to be my tracker, but no information is syncing to it. I contacted Castlight support and they advised me to remove all app info and uninstall all apps then reinstall all. I still have the same problem. They advised to contact Fitbit for troubleshooting. Can you help?

@SanKastiabro Welcome to the Community. Thanks for mentioning that you've contacted Castlight support.
I appreciate the detailed information shared. There are tons of apps that use our Open API to integrate their service with ours. The best way to tell if an app is compatible with Fitbit is to go to the third-party site (or app) and poke around their settings to see if you can connect Fitbit.
Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third-party integrations. It's up to the owner of the third-party app to implement or update features for their app. Unless there's some sort of limitation on Fitbit's side (e.g. no Fitbit SDK), then it's safe to assume that the owner of the app is the one to contact if you're interested in seeing the integration improved.
Learn more about it by checking this Third Party Apps - FAQ.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
