Fitbit won’t sync with MFP for days now. I deleted both and logged back in but no go. MFP says it’s a Fitbit issue.

Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.55 for iOS and 3.58 for Android devices). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
If you continue having difficulties, please follow the troubleshooting steps in this article.

I have the same issue. The items I added in MFP food diary since Saturday aren't showing in my Fitbit app. All items before Saturday keep showing. Have been disconnecting and revoking + reconnecting + updating the app multiple times the past days, but no succes.
Obviously it’s not just me so we need a human to step in here.

I would like to clarify, the integration between Fitbit and MyFitnessPal is maintained by MFP.
@Felicia2012 For further investigation could you please share an image of MFP's response stating it’s a Fitbit issue?

Best AnswerI updated fitbit on my Android device yesterday after lunch and since then the sync between MFP and Fitbit have not worked. So in my opinion it feels like you guys have coused the problem with the update.
MFP just posted and said they realize they have many issues going on right now.
