Hi! I was somehow locked out of my old MyFitnessPal account that my Fitbit was hooked up to, so I made a new one. The problem is now, though, that they won't sync because my Fitbit can only be hooked up to one MyFitnessPal account at a time. How do I fix this?
Thanks in advance!

If you visit the software you have allowed access to in your profile (https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/apps), you can revoke access to MFP. You should then be able to add your new account.

It seems like some people who have had the same issue have found that MFP and Fitbit are "stuck" together. You might want to get in touch with Fitbit Support and see if they can unhook it for you. Let them know that you have already tried it yourself and it didn't work or they will give you those instructions.

@MakMak Thanks for the help! ![]()
@CassAwalt Unfortunately, you'll need to unlink the Fitbit account through the MFP account. Otherwise the accounts are "stuck" as @MakMak pointed out. In this case, I'd suggest trying to re-gain access to your MFP account. Maybe their Support Team can help you out. ![]()
