My Charge 4 Fitbit appears to be working fine and the Fitbit app updates with all my stats properly. Since January 1 2025 I have had my Fitbit app connected to my Noom app to send over step count data to the Noom activity tracker. This stopped working yesterday. I updated both apps, disconnected the Fitbit from Noom and revoked access from Noom and then reconnected them. Both apps say the other is connected, but no data transfers. My charge 4 is fully charged. Any thoughts about where the problem lies?

Mine is still not working yet. Fingers crossed it starts working soon. Did you have to do anything to get it working, like disconnect and reconnect again (I have already tried this at least 3 times, but not since a few days ago).

I didn't do anything more than I had done before. I never fully deleted either app. But I disconnected and reconnected them multiple times, shutting my phone off in between times.... every time both apps indicated that the other was connected, but steps weren't transferring. After I finally communicated with Noom by email and realized this was more than just my issue, I stopped trying to do more. I hadn't had any problems before that time. I have a Fitbit Inspire 3... don't know if that makes a difference. But the fact that it connected with one form of fitbit seems like it might be a hopeful sign. Hope yours connects up soon-- so frustrating.

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and sharing the steps that you've tried so far. I'm sorry you've gone through this situation. Because it's been a few days since you posted, may I know if you're able to sync your Fitbit data with Noom?
If not, please provide me with the model and software (OS) version of your phone. This will help our team to further investigate and find a solution as soon as possible.

Hi there, @enbrenner.
Thanks for getting back and confirming that you're able to sync with Noom. That's great news and I hope you can keep reaching many goals.
Have a good one!

Hi Lizzy, my Fitbit is still not syncing. iOS 18.3.1 iPhone 15 plus. I’ve updated to the most recent versions of Noom and Fitbit. It stopped working around mid Feb like other users.

I am still having problems. Seem to have started after I updated my iphone13 to ios 18.3.1. I tried disconnecting my fit bit from my noom and then reconnecting and turning my iphone off and on several times. Still not working right. Weird that is shows some steps but never gives me the large total steps I do each day.

Good morning,
It is Sat March 8. My Fitbit Inspire 3 and Noom had not been syncing as of about Feb 14. I use an iPhone 13 with IOS 18.3.1. Then it suddenly started to work again on Tues Feb18. No issues at all until yesterday-- Fri March 7. It recorded 1204 steps and then nothing. It suddenly stopped. Nothing again this morning.
I had received an email from you on Feb 20 asking if things were working-- and they were at that point-- and then suddenly they're not again. This is getting frustrating.

Stopped working for me sometime during the day on Friday, March 7th. Of course I noticed it when on Sat I started my first "get back outside walk day" and I walked over 13k steps but Noom did not sync 😭. It is very frustrating to not have these apps work as designed after you've spent the money and put in the work ... and the customer service is horrendous. No recourse for users.

Lizzy, would you kindly give us an update on where things stand on a fix for Noom and Fitbit fixing the transfer of step data? This is pretty irritating as I recently purchased Noom with the understanding from what I read of Noom that my Fitbit steps could be synced with Zoom. I'm considering contacting Noom and asking for my money back if this issue is not resolved soon. Thank you.

Is anyone still having trouble with noom and Fitbit not synching? I have contacted noom twice in the last four days and was told that Fitbit is working on a fix for this. No idea how long it might take, or when steps will start showing up again on noom. Would be great to have a more specific update from Fitbit on this.

No, mine is still not syncing either. I asked Lizzy who seemed to be a rep from fit bit on this forum if she could give us an update.

Hi everyone, and a warm welcome to the new members.
Thanks for your feedback and every step that you've tried prior to posting. I understand how frustrating this has been for you and I apologize for the experience that you've had. While Fitbit is still compatible with Noom, currently there is an issue to sync the data between both apps. Our team is aware of this situation and they're working hard to get this resolved.
I don't have any updates to share right now, but I'll keep you informed as soon as I have more information.

Our family has 3 Charge 6 units and none of them are connecting with Noom. iPhone 15 Pro / IOS 18.3.1
One thing I noticed in the Noom help for this topic is:
"Just make sure to let us know how many steps show on your fitbit.com cloud account and your Noom account. Make sure to also have your Noom app and operating system (OS) versions available to help troubleshoot quickly. You can view the Locating Your Noom App and Device Operating System Versions FAQ if you need help locating these."
But I don't think FitBit has logging of steps in the cloud anymore. Is there any way FitBit can contact Noom and figure this out?

I have an Inspire 3 and an up to date iOS on my iPhone. Fitbit steps stopped linking with Noom on Feb 14, then worked on Feb 18. Then stopped working middle of the day, on March 7. Then it started linking again on March 10 and synced with the prior days' steps as well. There is clearly a glitch and it seems it is coming and going. I wonder how much of it may be related to a transition from Fitbit to Google? I don't think the problem is Noom.
I just went on the Fitbit.com site. Some info is still there-- including confirmation of the device I'm using. I could never actually access anything that included the info on how many steps I've taken-- when you go to manage data and pick a date and click on "review data", it goes to a screen that says "oops something's wrong". If this is how data is supposed to be transferred, I can imagine that there are many many glitches.
