Nothing seems to work, please help
I'm trying to link my Fitbit Charge HR to my lose it app and I keep getting this message,no matter what I do. I've tried linking on Fitbit app and on lost it app, same result every time. Please help. I'm using Samsung Android phone

Hello @Sherifffrenchy, good to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community again. I haven't heard any issue from our end that might be causing this error.
As a workaround I would recommend to restart your phone and clear the cache of you web browser as for the Fitbit app too. The following post will provide you more details about this.
