How do I connect my Fitbit to be tracked in my Prevent Omada Health account?  In Prevent is says attached but then there is no update and no data is transitioning.

Thanks!

@bnksigler It's nice to have you here! I wasn't able to find Prevent Omada Health in the list of supported apps here. So, it seems that it's not an official app you can contact Prevent Omada Health directly so they can give you further information.

Would it help to know this was called Prevent, and they just changed the name to Omada, which is the company name. I too am having a problem syncing. Human API  is the link between Omada and the fitbit.

So  am I. Omada says to ask Fitbit how to help? Elaine

It won't work for me either

Has this issue been resolved?  My Omada (formerly Prevent) account also shows to be connected to my Fitbit account via HumanAPI Inc; however, no data is synching.  It would be extremely helpful if this would work.

I am having the same issue with Omada Health / Prevent / HumanAPI.  Will there be a resolution for this? Both fitbit and Omada say that my fitbit is connected, but no data is transitioning.  Please help!

Can anyone be of assistance?  It has been called 3 different things, Omada / Prevent / HumanOVI....Fitbit says it is synced up, Omada says it is synced up, however none of my data is feeding over to Omada.  I need my steps to feed.  Help please?  Thanks!

@AngeiMcC@GinaNoel@Katiemay0524 welcome to the forums guys! It's great having you around. Cat Very Happy I wasn't able to find either Omada Health / Prevent / HumanAPI in the list of compatible apps. I suggest contacting HumanAPI to get more info. Cat Very Happy

@AngeiMcC did it start working again? Did you do something specific? I'd love to hear it! Cat Wink

@GinaNoel & @Katiemay0524 you could try revoking access and then re linking both accounts again. Let me know if this helps! Cat Very Happy

Can anyone give exact instructions on how to sync there Omada weight scale to Fitbit?

That's a very good question @Sfkn123! Actually, at the moment Omada Health isn't a compatible app to link with Fitbit. However, you can definitely create an IFTTT recipe to trigger Omada weight logs to Fitbit. Hope this helps!

Keep me posted. Robot Happy

I'd be really interested in this. Can you please provide more information about how to accomplish that?

@Schmeddlap thanks for participating in the forums! It's always nice seeing new faces around. Smiley Happy

In the link I posted above called "IFTTT recipe" redirects to another post Smiley Wink containing two other links. Please click the first link called "Fitbit Recipes" and check out the title of the tile mentioning Weight Logs. When you click on it, then you should be redirected to the IFTTT website, create an account and follow the onscreen instructions.

Hope this makes sense. Keep me posted!

Thanks for providing more information @MariamV. But I'm apparently still confused. The tile I found that mentioned "Weight Logs" was "Automatically track your Fitbit weight logs in a Google spreadsheet." This takes data OUT of Fitbit and puts it INTO a spreadsheet. However, your previous post indicated that it was possible to "trigger Omada weight logs to Fitbit." This implies that one can take the data OUT of Omada and put it IN Fitbit (which is what @Sfkn123 was asking for). Perhaps I'm misinterpreting your original post?
