How do I use Fitbit with Alexa? I can’t see any option to pair them in settings for either app

the same with Facebook friends. I go to add friends>facebook however, the Facebook tab is grey and the loading symbol spins on the find friends button for eternity. I tried to log in using my Facebook account but it said user doesn’t exist. The app settings on my phone contain no clues either. I’ve followed every instruction I’ve found in this forum to no avail. There’s literally nothing to suggest I can pair the apps and data other than being advertised that I can? Where is the function to do so? And why is it so hard to find?

Regarding the issue you're experiencing with Facebook and Fitbit, please log out from your account and force quit the app. If you keep receiving the error, please answer the following questions: 

- Which device are you using? 

- Confirm that you have authorize Fitbit and Facebook
