you have to do it thru the weight watchers site on your computer.  Go to settings and there will be a link to add a tracker.

Thanks for being part of our Community @lwisegirl! First, please check if you sync your account by following this steps. Also, you can try clearing your browser's cache. To do so, please follow this article. After this, please try again to sync Fitbit's information to WW. If after this you are not able to do so, please contact WW. Weight Watchers customer services team at 1-800-651-6000 or http://www.weightwatchers.com/help/contactus.aspx.

I hope this gets you back on track! 🙂

Hi, I did go to weightwatchers site and it says I am already linked.  but i do not see any of my activity on my fitbit.  WW chat says I have to link it at fitbit website.  Im so confused

I have asked Weight Watchers to help and they say I have to disconnect the Fitbit from the weight watchers app, and disconnect Weight Watchers from the Fitbit site. I can't find where it is connected on Fitbit.  They did say that only the activity that is above our goals set on Fitbit will be counted even if we ever actually get they linked.

Sorry, after disconnecting Fitbit and Weightwatchers, then we have to go back and reconnect them.

I went to the WW site and my settings and when I found the setting and then tried to sync it.  The result was that I got a message that that page could not be found.  Now what?
