Import data into Fitbit App

I have a sleep Number bed where it can get access exported from Fitbit, but can I get my Sleep IQ data imported into the sleep tracker on the Fitbit dashboard?

I would think information could go both ways since they are already compatible.

Did you ever solve this? I dislike how the Fitbit employee copy pasted a link that essentially made you go out and do the work to figure out how to use a 3rd party to feed sleep data into fitbit- annoying

1. What apps does Fitbit receive sleep info from and sync to our account automatically? They know this, don't know why they want the customer to do the work

I was not able to ever make the data show up from one to the other and I can not log the data from my sleep number bed into my Fitbit app like you can log everything else. A little disappointing but not the end of the world.

Hello @Tricia.brou and @JK1271.

I apologize for the delay in my response.

@JK1271 Given that these third party integrations are not developed by Fitbit, but most of them are developed by the third parties themselves it would be very difficult to keep track of every single one. The ones listed in our website is merely a small fraction of the many apps that can integrate with Fitbit in different ways. The best option is to get in touch with the third parties themselves to know what information sync to Fitbit from and to their end.

Feel free to reach out with any further questions.

Please tell us what is your review process to determine which 3rd parties are integrated with fitbit? Anything concerning customer data must be transparent.

Posting 3 canned replies is not transparent.
