I currently do a lot of gym exercises. I was wondering if I should be logging my exercise into the MyFitnessPal App. I do have my Fitbit synced to My Fitness Pal.

HI, @thomgian7! It kind of depends on what you want to do and what kind of tracker you have. If you have a heart rate tracker, you might be better off doing everything from within Fitbit. However, otherwise, you might just want to track through mfp, which will sync over to Fitbit and then you will have the information in both places.

My fitbit has a heart rate monitor. My Fitbit is already synced to Myfitnesspal. I am trying to track my exercises plus my calories. My Fitness Pal has a Calorie adjustment. I am trying to figure out if the proper adjustment is taken in account already, or if I need to manually input my exercises

Yes, it's kind of frustrating, since the interaction between the two was set up before Fitbit trackers had hr monitors. There really isn't any good way to align the two anymore. My best advice is to track the food in mfp and rely on Fitbit for everything else, since I haven't been able to get the calories between the two to line up well otherwise. Every method you can use will result in something getting double counted or missed somewhere. If you wanted to create activities in mfp, they would get synced over to Fitbit and you would end up either overwriting your hr data, which is probably more accurate than the mfp estimate, or possibly double-counting the activity, or you would have to delete your activities from mfp on the Fitbit side. It's a big pain, but neither side seems to be interested in making it align better. It would be really nice if you could choose a direction for activity to be synced!
