Fitbit Update 01/17/2019: Hello everyone! We're glad to share that the issue has now been resolved and MFP should be working normally with Fitbit.

Below you can see the wording shared by MyFitnessPal:

"This issue is now resolved. Thank you all for your continued patience while we worked to get MyFitnessPal functioning as expected.

Some members have been experiencing residual issues cached in their app or their browser. If this is the case for you, please see the following:

If you are still having trouble with the website, please clear your browser cache/cookies and/or try a different web browser.

If you are still receiving an error within the app, or are not seeing data sync between the app and web, please try a reinstall of the app."

Fitbit Update 01/11/2019: Hey everyone -- We've received reports of issues with syncing on the MFP side. I'd like to let you all know that MyFitnessPal is aware of these issues and working to resolve them as quickly as possible. You can read more about it by clicking here. I will make sure to update everyone once this has been resolved on the MFP side to keep you all in the loop.

Below you can see MFP's wording in regards to the situation:

"We've been continuously working to get MyFitnessPal back to complete functionality. As of Friday morning (1/11), the program is in much better shape and most services are functioning as expected. We still have more investigation and work to do before things are back to 100%, so members may still see intermittent symptoms as described above. Our continued apologies for the frustration.

Until then, if you are having a problem with the website, please clear your cache or try a different web browser. Many residual issues are cached in the browser and clearing the cache, or trying a different browser, may prove successful."

Thank you.  Guess I'll wait until it's fixed before I upgrade to premium.

Hello!  Wondering if there is an update when MFP problem will be corrected. I’m still unable to get my Fitbit or MFP to sync. Just got my fitbit3 for Christmas and would like to make the most of my new fitness/healthy eating trends!  Thanks!

Well, I cleaned my cookies/cache but my fitbit still won´t sync with myfitnesspal...it´s been like this since yesterday.... 😕

I reconnected them too...

I´m using it on a laptop, win 10, everything is up to date, it won´t work on my Sony phone either..

MFP is pushing food entries onto Fitbit but Fitbit is not pushing info back to MFP

Hello @2lz and @Bustjejan.

I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for sharing your experience on the matter.

You can click here to see the latest update on the situation with MFP at this time. The issue appears to have been resolved for there is a big backlog of sync requests that is causing the information to take longer than regular to sync between the apps. My recommendation in this case would be to be patient as MFP fulfills all of the backlog.

Please let me know if there is anything else that I can help you with.
