Just got my Fitbit Charge. I linked in my myfitnespal account with no problem. But, when I attempted to link my Withings account Fitbi says invalid user ID and password. I double checked that I had the Withings user ID and password correct, it is, there seems to be some sort of an issue.
Am I doing something wrong? Or, is there some sort of outage?

I am also having exactly the same problem. Can someone please give some advice?
I have emailed both companys so with a little luck we should have an aswer soon. Anyway its good to know I am not the only one.

I am getting a similar error.. I was able to link my Withings profile to my Fitbit profile a week or two ago. I just tried my wife's a couple days ago and it does not seem to cooperate.

Its good to lnow it worked 2 weeks ago. They need to fix this.
Honestly they should just make a scale that connects to your phone via blutooth. What a stupid desision to make the fitbit Aria scale ONLY conect via Wi-Fi. The only reason I got the Withings one was so I could sync it with my Fitbit app!!!

I just got this responce (see below). Absolutly no use as they have just told me to do exactly what I have already done. Lets hope they get their act togethrer or I am taking my scale back for a refund.

Why do they not have someone from fitbit commenting on things in this forum!! The support is appauling.
