Renpho scales - detail won't update into fitbit charge 2 since Friday. Any idea why or what I can try please?

Hi @Cia1, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! My apologies for the late response and after reading your post, note that Renpho is not officially supported third party integration. So the details we have to help in this scenarios are very limited.

 

There are tons of apps that use our Open API to integrate their service with ours. You can browse their site for information or contact the app owner in order to get more assistance. From my end, I can recommend the following help article: How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?

 

Due to the content of your post, this is not directly related to our Fitbit app, so I relocated your post in our Third Party Integration board in order to maintain the readability of our Community.
