@LeeRagsdaleI totally agree with you when you say that the integration with Strava is a strength of Fitbit's. I know that it is frustrating when the integration doesn't work as it should but rest assured, our team is actively working alongside Strava to get this resolved as soon as possible. I greatly appreciate your patience.
@DanFreemanHow about after an hour or 2? Some users have reported delayed syncing, which is something that we've already reported to Strava as well. If not, try disconnecting and reconneting the integration via your online Dashboard "Applications" menu. Hope this helps!

Erick,
I'm not certain if I replied. Yes... I've tried all of those steps, I'm not
recording two activities, it did work before. I've actually become so
disenchanted with all of this that I'm no longer wearing my Fitbit. I still
hold out hope that you guys will fix this, but it doesn't seem that anyone
is really working on it. They just keep asking the same questions and
telling us to revoke and reconnect and wait 2 hours. This isn't working,
but it doesn't even seem we're getting hope that Fitbit is trying to
resolve the issue.
Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.... I really want to be wrong.

Well it's the next day, and still nothing sync'd over. I've just manually added my ride.
Disconnected and reconnected since too.

@JulesRunner@Nickmorris@DanFreemanI can definitely understand the frustration with not being able to use the service as intended. Thank you for taking the time to try the suggested tip of revoking access and giving access again. This issue is currently being investigated by both Strava and Fitbit, as mentioned here, and the two are actively working on getting it fixed as quickly as possible. I apologize for the delay in getting a fix out but I hope to have an update to share with everyone sooner rather than later. We have a good idea of what is causing these issues and are hoping to have a fix out sometime soon! Thank you for your patience and understanding!
@Robbie_VThe delay you experienced is also something that Strava and Fitbit are looking into. Keep an eye here for updates as I receive them! Hoping to have something new to share soon!

Having the same issue with a new Fitbit Surge. I went on a run yesterday and a run this morning and neither have showed up in my Strava account. I tried "jiggling the handle" by reconnecting the accounts — nothing so far. I submitted my Strava athlete link through the form mentioned in the first post. I hope the issue gets resolved soon; I'm really enjoying my Fitbit otherwise.

Additional point of information , though not sure it will go anywhere. Since it has not really been mentioned but it seems like there is a probability that this issue is affeced by conflicting information (information created by Fitbit and information passed from Strava to Fitbit). I have also deleted and recreated the connection between Fitbit and Strava in the method specified multiple times recently. I performed the folllowing test.
1) Took my Fitbit off and left in at home. Waited at least 15 minutes and
2) Did my bicycle ride using Cyclers (a Strava feeder application on my windows phone that uses GPS). Uploaded the ride to Strava. Confirmed the Strava recieved and displayed the application.
3) Strave Dashbord profile here
https://www.strava.com/athletes/10351567
Ride info here
4) Synced my Fitbit, no change in fitbit. Waited an hour, synced fitbit again. No change
Fitbit Displays NO ACTIVITY during the time of the Ride 9:49 and beyond. Nothing since either Strava or Fitbit changed their application on/after October 3rd.

I just went ahead and submitted my Strava user profile, though I haven't done the "revoke access, re-connect" dance in a few days. I have done at least one activity using GPS since the last re-connect, and...nothing.
Just to be clear, given the wording on the form for submitting your Strava user profile - my issue is with Strava activities not going to Fitbit, not the other way around. I have a Fitbit Flex, which of course doesn't have GPS; I use my Suunto watch to collect exercise data, which then goes up to Strava and then (hopefully) over to Fitbit. It was working really well for several weeks. And, as an additional point of information, once I saw that the activities were syncing over, I actually stopped wearing my Fitbit during my runs (partly to avoid duplicate data, partly because I don't like having two things on my wrist).

I have performed the re-sync, I am only using one application either Strava or Fitbit to record my rides.
If I use Fitbit my ride although shown as a run appears in strava with all the GPS data. If I use Strava, I get no information into my "Track your Exercise" (which was working previously), fitbit either is recording my active minutes or is receiving information from Strava.
When is this going to be resolved, my fitbit was my choice for recording all my health requirements but I am loosing faith.

I've tried to revoke access/re-add access several times over the last few weeks as well. No luck.
Agree with others, this is a big selling point. Lame to have to add the activity manually.

I've now done the disconnect and reconnect thing yet again.
I'll check in the morning, but not holding out any hope the activity will sync.
Specifically bought the Charge HR due to the Strava integration and HR monitoring in one neat package.
Beginning to think I made the wrong choice 😞
Especially with a lack of updates for several days, again.
Give us an ETA please.

I'm getting fed up of this now. The whole integration between Strava and Fitbit is an absolute mess.
I ride to work logging a ride with my Garmin cycle computer, that would usually sync to Fitbit, but of course it doesn't at the moment....still!
My Fitbit logs 6-7k steps etc on my ride to work, I log this as a drive, but then that negates all of the cycling data I'm now having to manually log from my Garmin!
So my active minutes and calories are the only really 'true' figures for my day. I've just got to work, and apparently I've walked 6171 steps, climbed 27 floors and walked over 3 miles!
Am I doing something wrong, or is it this unintuitive for everyone else?

I've been having problems with the syncing between Strava and Fitbit since Oct 4th. I have done several bike rides and a run which have not transferred over from Strava. I have revoked access on both Fitbit and Strava sites and then allowed access again which had no effect. I have only just discovered this section of the site and have now given my Strava details over to hopefully enable this issue to be resolved.

@ErickFitbit - so, I have now reached out to Strava support in parallel on this issue. Provided them the same timeline I provided earlier in this thread (with the update that 2 more activities have failed to sync lately).
Here is the response I received. Strava says it is in your court to fix...Sorry for the trouble. Unfortunately there are ongoing issues with the Fitbit data syncing process that are beyond our control. Please contact Fitbit support for assistance.
Another nuance for you to consider - Garmin is not having trouble syncing with Strava. I actually continue to use the Garmin Connect for upload all along, which then syncs the activity to Strava (and has continued flawlessly). Then the Strava to Fitbit sync would happen in due time, prior to October 1.
I go back to asking - what code was changed on your end in early October? Can you revert to the prior code? It seems misleading to continue to say that Fitbit and Strava can sync... https://blog.fitbit.com/fitbit-x-strava/

Great news @ErickFitbit- my last 3 activities (including one from this morning) from the previous 6 days just synced from Strava to Fitbit this evening. That is progress! I did not make any changes to my accounts in the past few days. I'll see how tomorrow goes and post an update to this Forum. Thanks!
