Best AnswerI just tried unlinking and re-linking my Fitbit and Strava accounts. I'm not getting any of the error messages that other posters describe, and the accounts show up as linked on both ends (in the Settings for both), but I don't see my Strava data showing up on Fitbit (for me, there wouldn't be anything going the other way). So, unless there's a delay in syncing the accounts once you've connected them, it looks like the issue is persisting. I'll check again in a bit and edit if anything changes.
Edit: Yep, still not synced a few hours later. Last activity to sync was on Oct. 4.
Best AnswerStrava not syncing to Fitbit. I have had the Strava integration set within Fitbit, and it has been working in the past. But recently it stopped working. It shows as being setup, yet nothing happens. I can't see any way to force a snyc either. Anyone else having this issue?
Checked again after a couple of hours and my run is there now. Looks like things are working again, albiet a bit slower at the moment. Many thanks to all those sorting this out, it's much appreciated!

Best AnswerMy last sync was on 10/13. The past week or so the sync has been delayed, but eventually went through. I still cannot get yesterday's run to load onto strava. I have revoked access for strava and added access again but no luck.
Last successful sync was on 4 October. I've recorded 8 strava runs since then. Three were manual entries for treadmill runs and the other 5 were GPS runs recorded using the Strava app.
I revoked and re-enabled the strava integartion with fitbit on 11 October and again this morning on 15 October. No change in status.
Best AnswerI've revoked access and re-linked Strava and Fitbit ... four times now? I think.
My most recent linking of the accounts was yesterday morning. I tracked a run with Strava this morning (8 hours ago) and it's still not importing the Strava data.
I changed from a different run tracking app to Strava just for the syncing feature, so I hope this issue is resolved soon. Thanks!
Best AnswerThe first time I linked my accounts I got an error message from the Strava API. Since then I've unlinked and re-linked my accounts, but I've still never seen any activities come over from Strava.
A few questions for the fitbit team:
1) How often do you poll Strava for new activities? It would be helpful to know how long the polling interval is since then we would know how long to wait to see if it is working.
2) After the accounts are linked, do you pull in only new activities since the linking was setup or do you pull in a certain number of activities? It makes it very hard to test on our end since right now we link the accounts and then wait until we post another activity to Strava to see if it syncs.
3) Would it be possible to have some kind of setting under accounts for API connections that shows the last synced date/time plus add an option to manually resync to check for a missing activity? You should be able to do this without going over your Strava API limits (if you're even subject to those).
It is very frustrating to set this up and have (1) nothing happen and (2) no way of know if anything is happening or if it is setup correctly. Please fix this.
